Being Effective
Last updated on
To affect, we must be independent. Personal independence is implementing effective habits.
Being proactive
can be tethered with a personal mission statement. This can be used to generate
guidelines
on how one must handle situations. Having an internal frame of reference
can help
correct said guidelines if there is enough evidence of it not working out. Being truly independent
can yield interdependence. Interdependence is about working in harmony with others. The ability
to bring entities from the concern based paradigm to the influence based paradigm is a response
variable to measure independence and interdependence by implication.
